Own stock not considering at the time TO creation for consignment process

Hi Experts,

We have two issues with consignment picking from warehouse.

Stock determination was activated and no issue at the time of outbound delivery creation.

1) But, at the time of transfer order creation, system is picking consignment stock first instead of own stock.

Example: Requirement qty is 10 where as own stock as 8 and consignment stock as 4.

During replenishment for production order, it is picking first consignment stock 4 and then remaining qty from own stock as 6.

it should not be the case. Our requirment is to pick the own stock and remaining qty from consignment.

we have done all relevant settings for stock determination and applied the rule to wherever applicable.

2) when I have a consignment stock for mulitple vendors, it is not picking for other vendor when qty is not fullfilled for requirment qty.

system is always considering the single vendor even though we have consignment stock with other vendors as well.

Could someone please help me how to solve both issues.

Hi, In your Stk Determination header table config double click on the concerned record. In the details page Under 'Other settings', the default setting for WM processing is 1 (WM has priority). Change this to 3 (Stk determination) has priority and check the system behaviour.
