Messages in DLNG status 7.31 single stack

Hi Sdners,

We are trying to post IDocs to ECC, but messages are struck in PI with Delivering status.

We can see for other interfaces IDocs are posting fine to ECC. Except this particular interface.

Version: -

SAP PO 7.31 single stack.

SLD Build information:
Release: NW731CORE_05_REL
SP: 05
JDK: jdk16

Please suggest me what are the possible solutions available.

To filter out the problem which is not due to configuration please check the RFC destination which you provided in the idoc receiver communication channel.  I'm sure you might get some trace error in the communication channel too. Do a ping test for the RFC destination as given by this blog...

Hi kiran,

Did you see any error in the message monitor logs. if yes please check what is that you are getting. Also check in the CC monitoring for any logs.

Yes, we have checked MM and all the logs but no clue only messages are in delivering status.

probably the first before the delivering is in error - try looking into the NWA logs for any issues with IDOC adapter - is the same channel used in other scenarios as well or is this a new one ?

Nothing was failing which can stop other messages.

also we had gone with restart but no luck......

Yes, both are different channels....even we checked channels logs in NWA.
