Collective billing single spool

Hi,

VF04 is used to create & print multiple documents. I have an output type attached to a custom sapscript. All documents created for this output type in agroup are spooled to one request.

However I have another output type to which a smartform is configured, when multiple documents are created ,multiple spool requests are generated, I would like to have all the documents of one group (nast-dsnam,nast-dsuf1) in one spool. How can I achieve this?

tdnewid = space will club documents in a  spool. But via VF04 all documents are parallely processed and not in a loop to build a logic.

Hi

For the output message, in tcode VV31 or VV32 try to populate these 3 fields with fixed values (doing double clic on the entry)
