PI 7.31 AEX Connection registration failed for all adapters

Hi experts,

we have PI 7.31 SP4 AEX running. Now we have an issue with registrations of connections, which were working fine.

All connection registrations faild with the same reason: The environment isn't ready, so the connections won't be initialized.

for example:

Connection registration failed for connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System on node 614729650 due to: Failed to register connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System. Reason: The environment isn't ready, so the connections won't be initialized.

Please let me know, where should I let basis team to check on this issue.

thanks for your reply.

Yes, post-installation steps are executed successfully, and the system is running a couple of months normally. After the last restart, we have now this issue.

Did you check the operating system (logs)? Maybe there you can find more to solve this issue.

The problem is resolved by restart the AS Java.
