Incident Management Follow UP Document Creation

Fellow Members,

My demo system is refusing to create a follow up document(Change Request) in service desk message. I have maintained all the settings necessary for follow up doc creation (ZMIN -->ZMCR, ZMPR.....)

Where are my ZMCR or ZMPR ?

you done mapping rule for cooy control too?

and also check the auth restrictions as my reply over there.

Thnx. Yes, Auth Objects are maintained correctly. Also the Copy Controls. Pls see the ss below
