SLA multiple issues

Hi,

I have multiple issues while working on SLA's

1. I am not able to search for incidents using status value: IRT exceeded OR MPT exceeded. - System returns results only for incidents with MPT exceeded and not for IRT exceeded or warnings

2. IRT / MPT exceeds 100% to 999%. Should it not stop on 100% ?

3. Sometimes when changing statuses, the MPT or the IRT time suddenly changes from a percentage (e.g. 40%) to a 100%

Tell me please, do you have this problem when your end-user confirmes incident after status "proposed solution" or "customer action"?
