Copying ship to party text to delivery document

Hi Expert,

I need your help for the following case.

One customer, multiple ships to party (Namely- A, B, C, D and E) assigned in customer master.

Whenever I create sales order for customer and ship to party A, A text should come to delivery document.

If I choose customer and ship to party B, B text should come to delivery document.

I searched Google regarding this requirement, but I couldn’t get my answer.

Is this possible through standard configuration or need to ask technical help?

Hi Sophia,

This can be done through standard text determination procedure.

Go to transaction VOTXN select delivery header and choose your text procedure and text ID in procedure and see what access sequence assigned.

And select your access sequence and in KNVV in text object and choose partner function SH.  It will work.

Hi,

In VOTXN. for delivery Header, try with the access sequence 54 ( in standard)

1. Create text procedure

2. Create text ID for text procedures

3. Access sequence should be 54

4. Assign TEXT ID defined in step 2 to 54

5. Assign the text procedure to your delivery type
