VA05 Error

Dear Friends,

In T.code VA05(List of sales order), I entered sold to party data, Sales Organization, document date and in selection criteria, I selected open sales order

and pressed enter. I am getting the following error.

Please check the entries. No work list selected

Message no. VR420

Diagnosis

No entries were found for the specified selection criteria.

Possible reasons for this:

Indexes for materials and business partners have not been updated

The organizational data or selection criteria are incorrect.

Procedure

Check whether all indexes have been updated. Check your organizational data and selection criteria as well.

Please suggest, how to overcome the error.

Hi,

It might have there is no open order exist for that sold to party within the date range. so try to change the date range and the selection criteria. if possible check with other sold to party also.

Hi Sridhar,

Have you created new partner function for sold - to party ?

can you check the table TINPA for your Transaction group 0 , your Sold to party is assigned or not?

also check what is the transaction group assigned to the sales order in VOV8

Hi Sridhar,

VA05 is to get a list of all/open sales order for a particular customer/material/PO no for a particular sales area. If you are getting above information, It just means there are no open sales order in that date range. Try changing the document date range.

Also check All orders option in selection criteria.
