We are using Oracle 11g as our database and there are multiple languages stored in our Database Tables. The text shows fine when I do a Select statement in SQL Developer.
In webi report, the same text (in this case Hebrew) shows as Inverted commas (¿¿¿ ¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿).
I have a created a Query in IDT and still the text shows in Inverted Commas.
Seems like BOBJ Server is not able to Parse this language and hence it's not displaying appropriate language.
Is this related to Language Pack not being installed or related to Character Sets? Is there a setting in BOBJ that needs to be turned on?
How to resolve this issue?
