SCS - Settlement of remainder

Hello

We have the following requirement:

We have installed Main Meter in Pooled Space master

We have sub-meters in all the RS (5 in number) under this PS

Meter Reading for PS for a period is say 100 units

During this period, meter reading for RS were as follows:

RS 1: Vacant

RS 2: 20 UN

RS 3: 25 UN

RS 4: 45 UN

RS 5: Vacant

Say expense for 100 units of consumption at PS is USD 1,000 which makes cost / unit as USD 10/ unit.

Now we want that RS 2-4 should be charged as per their unit of consumption i.e. USD 1000 while rest will be charged to Pooled Space or to say some cost center.

The issue is that with current settings whole 1,000 USD is getting charged to RS 2, RS 3 and RS 4.

In SU master, there is a setting for Remaining landlord/ tenant apportionment but this setting does not work or to say I am not sure if this is the setting to be made.

Please advise.

Kindly clear the situation "we want that RS 2-4 should be charged as per their unit of consumption i.e. USD 1000 while rest will be charged to Pooled Space or to say some cost center."

Hello

Our expectation is that the post running of SCS, system should book as follows:

RS2: 200

RS3: 250

RS4: 450

and balance 100 should either be posted to pooled space or to a cost center or any other cost object of our choice.
