Hi,

We are using HP Laser 1020 printer. The Form Print out is not comming on this printer (Showing Garbage), but apart from form printing every thing in comming.

Same Form we can getting Print from 1022n Printer.

Whoever using printer 1020 HP Laser, if they are getting Form Print Out then, Pl. Give us solution.

There is a SAP note of 40+ pages that lists printers and the suggested driver to use in SAP - search OSS with PRINTER DRIVER key word and you will probably find it.

A lot of printers work using POST2 or PCL4 or PCL5 setup in SPAD.

Another option is to print to the printer as a frontend printer so you are using the windows printer driver for it - Try a printer of type 'G' access method (Frontend Print using Controls) - this is the newest supported method. Does not help if you need to use printer in background.

Dear Yusuf,

We are using HP Laser 1020+ printer and facing the same problem as you. This printer does not supports any print-out from SAP (list printing or Forms printing). Do you have any solution? Any matching device type available with SPAD?Kindly help me in this regard...
