Netweaver 7.31 installation failed in step startJava in RHEL 6

I got this error while installing sap netweaver 7.31 ABAP+JAVA stack in RHEL6 x86_64 with Oracle 11.2.0.3

You have increased the Java memroy in Configtool and restart the sap.. then retry the installation

I didn't increase any heap memory, you mean .. you want me to increase and restart the installation!

Could you retry the failed step. If not successful please share last 1000 lines from sapinstdev.log
