When the problem with not able to install SAP Tutor in Vista then form where we will get SAP Tutor icon ?

Hi,

I am trying to install SAP tutor (Full Installation) on Windows Vista and getting the following error during installation:

"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738"

Is this Vista related issue?

Any remedy?

Found the solution on a microsoft forum. Posting it hear so that it may be useful for others too.

Start button -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click on Command Prompt, select 'Run as administrator'.

You should be in directory C:\Windows\System32

Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll (enter)

Should get a message box saying DLL has been registered.

Run the installer again.

right-click on the SAP tutor icon and choose properties

and click on the compatibility tab

change this to Windows XP.

I tried to install SAP tutor on Windows Vista .It is not working on Vista opearing system and not able to find any help to make it comptible with vista.
