As it is a service industry is it possible to implement SAP SD or any other module which suits for it

If (one of) your question is could SAP SD suffice (be sufficient)?

Then please provide details of the processes (process steps) you want in SD?

Note: As you know, service related processes (e.g. Servicing of TV etc.) are also handled in SAP SD.

You Can do in 2 ways.

1. You can very well make use of SAP ECC with SD module.

2. You can think of using IS-Telecom. - see the link: http://www54.sap.com/solution/industry/telecommunications.html

Depends on the client business process, the project stake holders can decide which is the best suitable one for their business.
