Hi Vishnu,

Please check your Partner Determination with the Sales document type in SPRO >>> Sales & Distribution >>> Basic Function >>>> Partner Determination >>> Set Up Partner Determination >>> Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header >>>>> Partner Determination Procedure Assignment

Thanks,

vishnuvardhanareddy,

As mentioned in the link provided by Sai, in VA01, is the field Sold to greyed out or also field Ship to?

If both fields are greyed out (in the sales order, VA01), the what Suman has suggested is probably the reason (i.e. Sales document type not assigned to a partner procedure; VOPAN).

Hi Vishnu,

This has been discussed couple of times in SCN. Please search in SCN or google before posting it.

Check below thread of such issue.

You need to check whether Partner Determination procedure is correctly assigned to your order type in VOPAN.
