Hello guys.
I'm starting to make an upgrade SAP R/3 4.7 Enterprise ext. 110 to ERP 6.0 EHP6 SP07.
When I'm execute in the SUM shows me error in .xml file that indicates that the SID has levels of support packages to zero.
I generated by the Optimizer Manteince session to generate .xml file for the target system. But the .xml is showing to my system (source system) do not have support packages and it shows me zero.
My Solution Manager 7.1 EHP1 is new is already set and were created by the transaction environments LMDB with RFC connections.
When I see the SID system SMSY is if I shows the levels of SP, but LMDB transaction are zero.
What should I do to make me read good levels of SID support packages upgrade? is missing a configuration in SOLMAN? This is my first upgrade to these new versions.
Or I can modify the .xml which shows the SP and place the number?
Thanks guys for the help you can give me.

Hi guys.
Sorry for the delay in my reply. Both answers were very helpful.
I make my review of what I had to correct:
1.- First I needed to create the system in SLD, was created and synchronized to the LMDB.
2.- Remove the upgrade system (SID) had created earlier in the LMDB since I failed on one of the components when generated .xml file.
3.- Create the again the upgrade system (SID) in the LMDB and sincronize.
4.- Generate file .xml to upgrade without problems in the Mopz.
I'm running on 5.5 phase of the upgrade SUM
Thank you!
Desirée C.

Hi Desirée ,
After SMSY, the System should be visible in LMDB and SLD .
Also managed system configuration for that particular system is to be completed .
Then try running XML file through MOPZ for that system.
Also refer following link:

Pls try and let us know.

Hello,
Please check
https://websmp106.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700000639422012E/MaintPlan_Guide_71_SP05.pdf
or , if you run older versions of Solution Manager ,
https://service.sap.com/~sapdownload/011000358700001245642011E/MaintPlan_Guide.pdf
These guides have descriptions on how to set up the automatic data acquisition for SMSY/LMDB (the SLD configuration, etc).
Best regards,
Miguel Ariño
