Is this the appropriate location to suggest improvements for VEA?

We have been using VEA (previously Deep Explorer) for almost 2 years, back when it was DE. I could contact the service techs to make suggestions, but now I have to use the portal. Is this the appropriate location to suggest improvements for VEA?
