Hi Naresh,
You may activate the change log for documents but it will not help who has deleted the original documents. Best idea would be to restrict deletion access and have better control.

Hi all,
based on my experience the deletion of files out of a document info record (DIR) is documented in the "Change log" when the deletion happens in CV02N.
Have you tested the behavior of menu Environment -> display changes? The prequisite is that the flag "Change docs" is set for the used document type in transaction DC10 first.
Best regards,
Christoph
Hi Naresh,
Have you checked with DIR->Environment -> display changes.
Here you can find all the changes done with the DIR.
Hope this will Help.

Nayeem
