SCM 7.0 SR level

Hi All,

We have an SCM 7.0 system.

SAP_ABA and SAP_BASIS components are on Release 701.

Does that mean we are on SR1?

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Anita

Hi Anita,

I think you are on the Netweaver Stack 7.01.  When you look at System -> Status and select the magnifying glass, you will see details of all of the components.  Probably the most interesting component for you is "SCM".  This will show the service pack level in the form of SAPKY700XX where XX is the level.

If you are curious as to what Enhancement Pack level you are on, it will state that in the status screen component version field.  "SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0" is an example.

Hi Maclean,

I would be installing liveCache 7.7 on this server.

As per the guide once I run the setup I will need to take the following path

SAP SCM 7.0 <Support Release> -> liveCache -> liveCache Server Installation

Hence I wanted to know the 'Support Release' level.

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Anita

Hi Anita!

SCM 7.0 only has SR1. SCM 7.0 without SR is not available for download or installation.

So you should apply the SR1 liveCache installation.

For more information on the various Support Releases, please refer to this note:
