Dear All,

While preparing Capital Purchase Order for F.Y 2013-14 with PO Total Rs. 50000, System Showing message for Budget exceeding ......

I have checkd Budget amount with report S_ALR_87013019.

In this report for Fiscal Year 2013 , Available Amount showing Rs. 15000  and Rs. 35000 showing in "Not dependent on Year".

So how to chnage Rs 35000 from "Not dependent on Year" to Fiscal year  2013.

Dear Swati,

Your Order might be tagged with Internal order. Need to check the Budget Limit either is Real or statistical

Hi Swati,

You see 35000 in Not depend of year, because of the overall buget.

It is equal Overall amount - Total amount.

Example: In your budget,

Overall          60,000

2013             15,000

2014             10,000

Total             25,000 (= 2013 + 2014)

When you ren report S_ALR_87013019, you will see:

Overall:                        60,000

2013                            15,000

2014                            10,000

Not depend of year:     35,000

Please check you budget again, increase your budget 2013 and make sure the Overall budget is equal to Total buget.
