Live cache Broken and Error while opening RFC connection in APO

Dear All,

I regularly get error whiel doing CIFFING or in SMQ1 and SMQ2 "Live Cache Broken "and Error while opening RFC connection and if I see LC10 connection looks ok.As per our basis team also the connection never got broken.So have to delete queues for that particular duration to complete activity.Can anyone suggest why this happens.Probably this is BASIS error .I shall be thankful if you put some light on it.If this is Network/Basis error how to see when it happened and how to solve it.

Apart from LC10, did you get a chance to clear out all the errors that came out of the consistency correction in /SAPAPO/OM16 transaction ? Probably the solutuion lies there. If not, you definitely need to get hold of Live Cache administrator who usually be part of Basis team.
