IDM 7.2 job write HCM employees to Identity store

HI,

I'm following the configuration guide to implement the SAP IDM 7.2 SP 7

Steps:

1) I imported the HCM_Staging_Area - ok

2) I configured the VDS with the template HCM LDAP EXTRACT for IDM 72.xml - ok

3) I configured the HCM SYSTEM to export HCM Employee to VDS - ok

When I go the http://localhost:port/idm/admin > monitoring I Can see the Provisioning Audit (Running the task write HCM Employee to SAP Master)

But, When I go manager TAB (person) there are no user created...

All expected entries found in staging Id Store? (verify with SQL)

No errors in the job log of the HCM event task in IdM?

If no errors then matching entries should be found in productive Id Store (verify with SQL).

If the entries are in productive Id Store then maybe something wrong with the UI configuration (can you create users with the UI and find them with UI search?).

Hi arivind,

If you can see the Manage Tab(you can search your user first, for test) and if you can see your user, then you should check if any other users are created in IdM.

First, thank you by your reply...

I access the UI > TAB Manager > (person) and there are no user created...

Note: I created the user administrator in Identity store (create ADD button)

I'm with the XML template to export the HCM to VDS... (HCM Ldap Mapping.xml) Are the template correct? Or need the custumizing?
