Delivery PGI issues

Hi Gurus,

While Posting Goods Issue I have following issue:

The storage location is not defined for delivery item 000010

I have done all the required settings for Storage location but it still gives the error.

I would like to know from where the storage location came from?

Please guide.

Hi,

Go to va02 check, whether the delivering plant is there. If not, maintain that and then try to do PGI. If plant is flowing but still storage loc is not there, then check in OVL3 whether you have maintained the said storage loc. On the other hand, if warehouse is configured, then ensure that in IMG assignment, storage location is assigned for the combination of plant and warehouse No. Then go head.

check the OVL3, for storage location determination

The determination location depends on the 0VLP - Delivery Item categories

First check in sale order whether the delivering plant is flowing.  If not, maintain that and then try to do PGI.  If plant is flowing but still storage location is not flowing, then check in OVL3 whether you have maintained the said storage location.  On the other hand, if warehouse is configured, then ensure that in IMG assignment, storage location is assigned for the combination of plant and warehouse number.

its not about setting,you just not passing storage location to PGI-Picking tab for item 10.
