Printing of COA in transaction QC20 in sap QM

Hi All,

I have created certificate profile with combination of Customer and Material and insert all MIC in certificate profile.

But i am not able to get printout with Transcation code QC20.

message come certificate profile not assign.

can u guide where i am missing.

Hi Vin,

CofA prints require so many different variables so there are a few areas you may need to check.  Some probably obvious but even a few single (ticks) in the wrong place can cause it to fail.

1)  I'll assume that this isn't the first and only CofA you guys print so when checking always reference an item that you know works.  If none of you records work then the problem is likely something more serious than just a data issue.

2) QC20 is print from delivery, looking at the outputs from the delivery was a CofA generated for it?

If it was are you using the correct settings in QC20.  i.e. our standard is

Output Type =LQCB

Transmission Medium   =         1

Sort order        =              01

Processing Mode    = 2 (for reprint)

3) Check the certificate profile (all fields, including MIC settings) is set up to print and is released for use? Also the corresponding certificate assignments are in place?

4) Is it possible to print the CofA from just the batch?
