WCM approval icon is not appearing

Hi Guru,

I have activated enhanced WCM model.while using control key/WCM activated permit the WCM approval icon is not appearing in the maintennace order header but the system status as "WCM' is appearing for the specific plant maintennance order but tried in another plant with same configuration,the icons are appearing.The missing approval icon maintenance order is attached.

Whwn i am using the same plant for standard model all icons are working fine.

So please let me know what is the possible reason for the issue.

Hi,

since SAP ERP 6.0 EhP 5 you can define whether the dialog box for assignment is displayed. IMG: Work Clearance Management -> Master Data -> Architecture -> Do Not Display Dialog Box for Assignments.

When was defined that the System hide the Dialog box for assigning work approvals?

When generating the enhanced model you have answered the question "Do you work with work permits?" with yes, therefore the system has automatically hidden the dialog box for assigning work approvals.
