HI Team,
I have a small doubt, if i have Leading Leger & 3 Non Leading Leders in place.
Is it every posting ll post all 4 ledgers..? what could be the reason for this..?

You could use FB01L and FB50L for specific ledger group.

Yes, if all non leading ledgers are for the same Co Code.
