Hello Supriya,
You should download compilation 2 DVD which has patch 4 already included.
Please download the DVD from the following location.

Hi Supriya. Did you know, that SAP Gui Patch 4 is from stacking, and backward compatible?
You need to install SAP Gui 7.30 Patch 0 at first. Then patch it from patchlevel 0 to patchlevel 4 hotfix1. Build the packages for SMS, or Empirium, or whatever a software distribution tool.
You have to integrate the patches into the packages.
Read SAP Gui Release 730 Compilation SAP Front End Installation Guide +
sapnote 1426178, sapnote 1670678, etc.
You need to konfigure in NWSetupAdmin.exe a functional package.
Deselect all unneeded products in the left tree. Then press the button create a new package. This is calling the package wizard. The installation server comes up, and ask for a package name. Next step, the package is created. ( if you delete several unwanted products, you save hundreds of MB in the package.
There you will find the NWSetupAdmin.exe
in gui730_0-10010496\NW_7.0_Presentation_\PRES1\GUI\WINDOWS\WIN32\Setup
