Error : Maintenance plan still without maintenance packages

Hi,

    I am working on notification through stability study with reference to the material.

    I have completed the step till testing schedule activity but when defining the start of stability study facing error as :

    "Maintenance plan QMSTABI1 still without maintenance packages"

   Pls tell what have i missed.

hi Shravan

Make Maintenance Strategy with maintenance package then make inspection plan with CQBQM and assign that maintenance strategy in that plan.

Hi manish,

  I have already maintained maintenance startegy in IP11 as QM-ST with package

  30 - D - 1D - 1 - 1D

  1 - MON - 1M - 1 - 1M.

   But still error popups Maintenance plan still without maintenance packages.

   Before this step when i am attaching Group & group counter in maintenance plan IP02 warning msg is

  1. One or more maintenance items do not have packages assigned to them yet

   2.  No valid packages are assigned to item 107 for key date 20.05.2013    

Could you give me an example so that i can maintain package & continue with the scenario for testing. I need to see the full cycle how it works.

Hi Shravan

You have to assign that maintenance package to operation in the task list of maintenance item.

In CWBQM , select the inspection plan ans go to operation of that plan and assign maintenance package there.

In Maintenance plan assign that task list to maintenance item
