mass classification of Materials through Program in GTS

Hello

We have a requirement where My client wants to have Materials transferred from ECC to GTS to be classified automatically through Program or in background in every 15 mins in GTS.

Program should find the new materials which are not classified with ECCN/USML or Schedule B/HTS codes & update automatically.

Step 1. Materials transferred from ECC to GTS

Step 2.System will search for the same material but with different manufacturer codes which is already classified and apply the same classification number to the materials found same but with different manufacturer codes.

Step 3.Program should search for the Materials which are not classified with classification numbers and assign the same classification number to the materials.

Material format:

Eg: 117=X01

      117=X02

      117=X03

After "=" is the manufacturer code  So if 117=X01 is classified with ECCN number "1A001", program should identify this & update the same classification number to other MPN i.e. 117=X02 and 117=X03

This sounds like a requirement that would need to be customized .

Have worked on similar implementation ( with a hierarchy of complex ruleset) for automatic product classification , but again that was not via standard means.
