Incomplete Registration of XI components in SLD

Hi Basis Expert,

Issue in our XI Dev system : We have migrated the servers from one data center to another data center and the ip got changed and still it is using the dns. In the SLD the Auto update & Auto Sync is not getting updated and the IP address is pointing to the old XI dev system which shouldnt be the case.  The SLD is hosted on our XI Dev.

Solution Required : The SLD should get Auto Updated & Auto Sync and the IP address should point to our new XI Dev system which is xx.xx.xx.xx

Our XI Dev System details - SAP Version :  Netweaver 04 ,  OS : AIX & DB : 10.2.0.2 .

In the SLD ->Technical System Browser -> The Auto Update & Auto Sync is not getting updated and the ip is pointing to our old system yy.yy.yy.yy.

We have maintained the target  SLD details in rz70 of our new XI Dev system and also the corresponding Integration Server entry is there in sxmb_adm of our new XI Dev system.

As per the SAP Note 1117249 - Incomplete Registration of PI components in SLD we cannot delete the Intergration Server.

Appreciate your help in fixing this issue.

Regards,

Anil Shenoy

Hi Basis Expert,

Adding to my earlier message we have performed

Start the Visual Administrator; navigate
to Server --> Services --> Deploy

Check "Applications" (on the
bottom of the page), select applications and
Restart them.

Here you restart the applications for the XI components:

a)     com.sap.xi.directory (Integration Builder/Configuration)

b)    com.sap.aii.af.app (Adapter Engine)

c)     com.sap.xi.rwb (Runtime Workbench)

d)    com.sap.xi.repository (Integration Builder/Design)

And then try to refresh the full cache
of XI system with the help of below mentioned URL.

For complete cache refresh – http://<hostname>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

Can anybody help me on this issue.

Regards,
