Timeframe for Automated Monitoring

HI all,

When we start scheduling a "Automated Monitoring Job" in GRC PC10.0, Time frame for the same is being given as "Year".

Are there any configurations to be done in order to edit that (to get any other time frame)

Thanks in Advance,

Ramakrishna chaitanya

Show Quick Criteria Maintenance at the top of the screen, and it will let you change the timeframe.  Of course, your timeframes need to have been configured in the IMG through activating the BC sets and any subsequent modifications.

Thanks for the Reply Sir,

Now we are able to change the Time frames in the Continuous Monitoring Scheduler.

But when we select the Job Type as -'Incoming Event Handling' and Execution Type as -'Single Mode' the Time Period is not editable. So if we want to monitor the job from today or for any other time period,  what should be done?

Thanks in Advance

Regards,

Ramakrishna Chaitanya.

As described in my other post, you should not be using event-based sub-scenario for what you are doing.  The reason you do not see frequency for event-based is that the data source comes from an event that is identified by separate software on the source system when a particular event occurs, e.g. the creation of a purchase order.  It is not time-based, so there is no frequency for when it runs.  It runs when the deficiency is sent to it by the source system.  You should be using the configurable sub-scenario, which is time-based and scheduled by frequency in the scheduler.
