T Code FO3C Message: Either the sender is already settled, or there is nothing to settle

Hello All,

While running the transaction FO3C, we are getting message "Either the sender is already settled, or there is nothing to settle".

We have faced the issue during the new implementation. There is no error during Periodic Posting (FOIQ) and line item are visible in Controlling Actual Line Item report S_P99_41000074 reports. Settlement Parameters are maintained in Rental Unit.

Please let me know how to resolve the issue.
