Is it possible to add custom field ( custom append struct in table LTAP) in screen 0102 for program SAPML03T (t-code LT01) ?

You should probably ask this question in ABAP to receive an answer, but I believe typically it is better to copy LT01 into ZLT01 and do all your customization there.
I think the ABAPers do not agree as you can see in this blog read as well the comments
