No business partner of type organization for customer number

Hi

We are upgrading Solution Manager to 7.1 SPS 8

During the Basic configuration, the activity "Create IBase Components for SMSY Systems" has failed with error

No business partner of type organization for customer number 123456

Note there are no leading 0's in the customer number.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

I have checked 1676491

It refers to 1144386.

https://bosap-support.wdf.sap.corp/sap/support/notes/1144386The report REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT from Step 4 is not present in SM 7.1.

Hello Anil.

Sorry for mislead I provide name of job.

Report's name is AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA. You have to schedule job which uses raport name AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA

Also check note 1741109 - ITSM 7.1 - Generation of IBase Components is not working.

Did you try create Ibase using ib_gen tcode ?

Following SAP notes 1144386 and 1741109 resolved the problem
