Automatically calculate volume of HU

Hello to all.
And 'possible to automatically calculate the volume?
Let me explain: in the process of creating a hu, I would like that, by Length
Width, Height, the system will automatically calculate the volume.

Hi Antonio,

I dont think the volume details will be updated in the HU when the materials are measured in units relevant for weight calculation.

The volume details will only be updated if you are filling the materials in the handling unit directly, for example oil, petrol and industrial alcohol. In these scenarios, the liquid is filled in a truck and the truck is moved as a handling unit. This HU will have the volume details filled provided, the liquids are maintained in material master using the unit litre either as main unit or as converted unit. Only in these cases, the volume is updated.

In normal case, only the weight matters irrespective of the volume the HU can hold. So it may not even help even if enabled. (a statement thoughtless of your actual business scenario though)

May I know,what is the Business Process ?

Actually,There is no relationship b/w Volume to that 3 factors .Volume is a Unit of measure but that 3 factors are not a unit of measure ,its a dimensions .Based on these , we can not get that unit of measure value .
