Blank lines for some objects in MAM client

Former Member

Hi

We would appreciate help, we are experiencing problems. Some objects (Functional Locations) are displayed as blank lines in the MAM client.

First sync gives "Cascade search failed; from (SyncBO=MAM25_09, SKey=0825137087) to (SyncBO=MAM25_030, R3Key=?0100000000005479)"

As far as we can see the data is in MEREP_207, MAM25_030 all objects that should be sent from R3 are there.

MEREP_DELTABO does not have any reoccuring data.

We have checked the settings for objects in R3, and found no errror.

It seems like it is the newest objects that - for some reason are not allowed to the client. The summary of objects in the client and R3 are the same.

Just that for some are the lines blank.

Any ideas are highly appreciated.

Hi Akila

I have now checked the link. Thank you for the link.

We have changed the status of the EQ we got duplicate synk keys to INAK. No more such errors are occuring in the MEREP_LOG. We suspect this was due to a standard setting of usage history for EQ that should not be on the clients accoring to the variants in IH06 and IH08.

We have not changed any programming. But we have had major problems running initial loads,

The tables had very little data in MW. After running replications several times the tables refilled in bulks.

Soemtimes after days of replicating.

What we would like to do is to change the syncBO so that they will not consider other EQ types than one. And ignore that some EQ have usage history. Is that possible? We suspect that this will solve the problems we are experiencing currently.

Best regards

Maryanne
