Hi,
We are using classic scenario, SRM 7, EHP2.
We have shopping created from CPPR(EXTR doc type) as well as shopping
cart which are locally created(SHC Doc Type).
If we select EXTR shopping cart, only RFx having hierarchy template
with HIER_SE are coming in the F4 and RFx hierarchy templates with HIER_SRM
is coming in the F4. So we are unable to use same RFx document type for
both EXTR and SHC shopping carts.
Please confirm whether it is a standard behavior and suggest whether
any notes/BAdI to resolve this issue.

Hello Ganapathi,
this is standard behavior due to customizing:
SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Service Procurement > Activate Service Procurement
Process type EXTR is asssigned to HIER_SE hierarchy template. This is not the case for SHC process type.
See below KBA:

Regards.

Dear Laurent,
Ok. Understand that it is standard behavior. I checked the notes too...
But is there anyway where we can come out of this problem... i.e. Can we override the customization under SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Service Procurement > Activate Service Procurement.
(1) It should through error, if SHC and EXTR shopping cart are clubbed in SOCO_GAF1.
(2)It should display all the RFx document types, whether it is HIER_SC or HIER_SRM (how can we stop /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH clearing the F4 of RFx document types)?
(3) It should programmatically pick the correct hierarchy structure HIER_SE or HIER_SRM depending upon whether the selected SC is of doc type SHC or EXTR.
Any enhancement spot, BAdI or any other suggestions? Any one has done such developments?
Ganapathi
Dear Laurent,
I tried changing to HIER_SRM for EXTR, but that didn't work. This is basically checking the entry in ENABLE_HIERARCHY field of table /SAPSRM/SE_CONF,
- if it is X, then it will show RFx F4 for SC related to EXTR,
- if it is blank then it will show RFx F4 for SC related SHC.
If someone has done development to stop clearing the F4 values using
/SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH and share how to do it, that should be of great help for us.
Thanks,
Ganapahthi
