How to restrict return delivery to the end users Role

Hi,

My current system is ECC 6.0,EHP4,EP 7.3,SRM 7.3.My requirement is , Employee should be restricted to do return delivery:      'Return delivery' field to be disabled with Employee Self Services role( Shop in 3 steps-Wizard basis).

Central recipient role should be able to perform 'Return activity.'

Please confirm whether field control is possible with roles.

Hi Kundan Babu

There is no specific SAP Authorization object or field for "Return Delivery" but is available only for Delivery or Confirmation. So you will need to create your own Custom Role for this and add it to the end user role.

As you mentioned you are also using the enterprise portal - you may need to create a role in portal also and assign it to the end user in enterprise portal.  By default the Central Recipient Role allows the return delivery and you don't need to change anything here.
