Hello Experts,
Need your help here.
We are working on PO 7.31 Java Only Stack.
We have an Idoc to Idoc scenario where in which we need an ALEAUD ACK back from the Target SAP system and send the same to Source SAP system..
Checked the Ack settings in the sender Idoc channel but getting nothing back from the Target system even though the ALEAUD Idoc is being generated from Target system.
Do we require additional communication channels and additional mappings(if any) for this.
Can you please let me know what are all the changes that needs to be done in order to send the ALEAUD Idoc to Sender SAP system.
Thanks,
Prajwal
Hi,
In NWA you have a persistence parameter, you need to set it to true. The path for this parameter in NWA is:
Configuration-> Infrastructure->Application Resource->Java IDoc Adapter ->Properties.
Also have the partner profile in place for ALEAUD.

Hi Adarsh,
Thanks for your helpful reply.
Will definitely try it out and let you know the result.
But meanwhile can you please let me know if we need to make any additional changes in the sender and receiver Java Idoc communication channels.
Also do we need to maintain any message mapping for ALEAUD Idoc.
Thanks,
Prajwal
Hi,
In your IDoc sender channel, you select the options for Application & System acknowledgments & also provide the acknowledgment destination. For the time being select all the options. This acknowledgment destination will actually be the RFC destination from PI to Sender system. In the receiver channel simply provide the RFC destination from PI to the receiver system. No need of mapping for ALEAUD, but have the partner profile configured to receive ALEAUD into sender system.
