Sap offline adobe form - email button not triggering.

Hi,

I used standard send e-mail button to send pdf.

i configured outlook. e-mail button is working fine in acrobat reader pro, But in acrobat reader 9 email button is not triggering. i am developing for vendor master creation. client need that form have to support in all reader.

Kindly help me to sort out my problem..
