it looks like a calculation in the pricing procedure is not working correctly. Either the calculation basis, calculation type or the requirement are not working as intended. Set breakpoints in the includes and execute VA02 and VA03 to find the differences.

Hi Shilpa,
The condition amount of that particular condition type "ZM09(EDI CHARGES)" is RS 750 but the condition value is 95.30. Let me know the reason (on what basis you are calculating RS 95.30) and what kind of changes you are getting in VA03. Pls provide more inputs to solve the issue.

try doing a manual price update after some changes are made at the line item level & check if you still see a difference.
like TW indicated, VA03 may not have a problem as you see now in VA02.

Could you please paste the screenshot of Tab Conditions, for this sales order in VA03 also?
Check if you are looking at the same sales order, in VA02 and VA03.
