My high bay rack has a pallet of 10 boxes. The SUT is pallet. The high bay rack is one pallet per bin. When my low rack (pick area) storage type reaches 5 boxes, replenishment triggers. The low rack is open storage, no capacity check. I run replenishment once a week.
What I am looking to do is have the fork lift driver make a manual assessment of how many boxes to bring down. One week he may replenish with 3 boxes, another with 5 boxes, etc. Is there any way to achieve this?
I was thinking that if there was some way to split the replenishment TO into individual TO lines, one box per line item, then the user can confirm as many TO lines as he likes. Is this the best solution, and is it possible through standard config?
