Business Partners (only Customers) assigned to Positive list is getting rescreened automatically and blocked again

Hi Experts,

We are in GTS 7.2 version with Compliance Management. All of a sudden, we are noticing a strange issue with screening. We have partners of different types(Vendors , Customers and Banks) screened in GTS system from the Feeder ECC6 system. Recently our Data Maintenance team has updated some customers names in ECC6, they have added an additional space in between the first and last names. As expected these changes were pushed to GTS and on screening some partners got blocked. However we have noticed a strange issue that, when the blocked Customers are put to Positive list in GTS system, after a few minutes it is again screened automatically back to Processed Block list. Any idea why this issue is happening, any suggested solutions ?

Hello Dhanes,

are you sure you do not have scheduled screening against positive list for '02' partners?

What does the audit trail says for particular case?

We found that there is a custom program designed in our system which runs via batch every 10 minutes interval, The purpose of this program is to rescreen the Positive business partners, in case if any master data changes has happened to them in ECC6 system. So this runs on a 'last run' concept there by making sure that no Master data changes are missed. The program selects partners from the table BUT000 based on the changed date and time fields and inputs those partners to the standard program for Positive Screening.

However now the issue is that for certain Process blocked partners (Customers only) , when the users assigns them to Positive list in GTS system, the BUT000 table is updated , so the fields changed date and time gets updated there by the partners gets picked in the next run of the Custom program for Positive Partners screening. The starnge thing is this has happened for last two days , but the system is behaving fine now. We are yet to find the cause as of why the issue occured .. still researching
