IDM GRC integration error

We are trying to integrate IDM 7.2 with GRC 10 and have been running into errors. We are using the centralized provisioning scenario.

Current status:

completed the Commons job:Initial Load and centralized provisioning Initial Load job.

But now when I provision a privilege to a user it fails with the following error.

I do not see any error in the webservice trace so thinking this could be at IDM end.

Hi Silver Surfer - maybe first try restarting VDS and see if this helps otherwise check the classpaths are correctly defined in the VDS settings pointing to the required Oracle drivers.
