Hiding statuses IRT/MPT Warning/Exceeded from end-user in workcenter

Hi all.

The point is - end-user can see statuses IRT/MPT Warning/Exceeded in workcenter (SM 7.1 SP5):

But he shouldn't. Is it possible to hide theese four statuses from him (except deleting from status scheme)?

Artem good morning,

Why you want this switch off for end user, i think its not fair for them. They also need to know what real status is.

But anyway, i think you will not find standard way to hide it without ABAP.

Btw did you tried to play with it in tcode CRMBS02, try to switch off IRT MPT statuses or try to play with attributes.

Hello,

This is also our requirement. Do you have any idea? I tried to empty the fields for MPT/IRT in the node status profile> specify status mapping  for customer status profile, however, the email warnings for MPT/IRT are not sent.

So, we are going to ABAP it...

But if somebody has more beautiful solution - it would be great...

Hi Artem,

You  may customize the end user table to hide the status. This is what we did since we did not found any other option yet. Thanks!

Still need some ideas.

This statuses should be visible only for my support team, but not for end-users.

Really, no one had such a requirement?

Are there any authorization objects for displaying statuses? Not for setting or deleting (as B_USERSTAT), but for display.
