Hi,

I am not able to delete the mail from my SAP inbox "Update Was Terminated"

Hi Gaurav,

Here is a list of programs and notes that can help.

RSSODLIN - flags all SBWP inbox documents of a certain user for reorganization (completely clears the slected folder) - see note 63912.

RSSOINBD - flags all SBWP inbox documents of a certain user for reorganization - see note 640160.

RSSOREDF - flags all documents referenced to a batch user for reorganization - see note 516110.

RSSODLWF - flags all send notifications for organization - see note 131031.

RSSOMOVE - with this report you may flag contents of a user's inbox for reorganization, while filtering the data by date (This is the most useful, though unread or unexpired documents will not be deleted).

HI Deepak,

Thanks for the reply, I had checked all the SAP notes but i am not able to delete the mail as i want to delete only one particular update error mail.

Hi Gaurav,

Could you try this

Use function module rh_local_inbox_get with input as user name and language. This should give you items of that user inbox. It also have the work item number.

Once you get the work item number, you can deleting those work items using transaction SWWL.
