Export Import with minimum downtime 1hour?

hi iam new to the basis

in my organization we are planning to export import in next month,

but here they are asking with out down time or at least max 1hour downtime>

os:sun solaris SunOS 5.10 Generi

db:oracle 11

kernel:701

please help me, kindly give me the step by step procedure for export import,

You can do and export,import or backup,restore using an online backup with system copy
