Hi Experts,
My requirement is that I want send a file as it is (NO ESR Objects and NO Mappings) to the File target. Its done.
At same time I want to add the one more receiver as mail with only subject says that SreeFile has bess sent to SreeFTP Target.
For this, I have configured receiver mail adapter and i am able to send the same.
But in the received mail I am getting an attachement as well along with the XML PAYLOAD.
Here I do not want this ATTACHEMENT but only Subject required.
Kindly suggest me how to do this requirement ?

sreeni.
Hi Kancham,
Try marking as 'None' in the content encoding and see. I am surprised that irrespective of unchecking keep attachments, you are still getting the attachments.
Try deleting the channel and recreating it again.

Hi Sreeni,
just deselect "Keep Attachments" in the channel.

Hi,
I tried with XIALL and XIPAYLOAD, but i am getting Attachements.
For XIPAYLOAD: Only Partail Payload as XML file as attachement.
For XIALL : I am gettng PAYLOAD and XIMESSAGE two attachements.
Here my requirement is NOT to get the Attachement only Subject enough.
Any suggestions plz.

Sreeni.
Hi Kancham,
Coming back to your question on another thread.
For your scenario, I would suggest an alternate design. Once you have written the file to the receiver system, pick up the same file through another outbound scenario, do a graphical mapping.
Can you try with message mapping. you would need the mail package XSD as an external definition, with Messages "From all available global elements".
remove mapping for Content_Disposition and Content. Populate the Subject field apart from other relevant fields.
You can get the file name from dynamic configuration and include it in the subject of the email.
This gives a flexibility to include the file name in the subject. Performance will not be an issue here and it gives a 100% surity that the file has been received by the receiver 1. Receiver 2 would be mail in another scenario.
Hope it helps!
