SAP SUITE ON HANA ?

i know its OS/DB migration

can any one tell its simple as import and export ?

or still i need to make use of replication techniques

Yes with Suite on HANA it is a DB/OS migration where you export from anyDB and import into HANA DB.  No replication technologies are needed or utilized.

Dear Johns,

In real-time world, always problem will not be that simple as it look.

To answer your question, i have few questions to ask you.

1. What is your source (SAP or non-SAP. If non-SAP then wht exactly it is)?

2. What is the volume of the data in your current database?

3. Do you want to push all data with out any transformations to the target HANA?

4. If you need transformations, then what is the level of complexity?

5. Do you want to have real-time data into HANA or near-real time?

6. The list keeps on going.....

Hope you not mind in asking these questions as this information is required to give you precise answer.
