can not access CTC(Functional Unit Configuration UI)

Dear Experts

I've installed NW 7.3 SP09.

At first, I installed ABAP Stack and updated  SP09.

after, I installed JAVA Stack and updated SP09.

There were no errors during installation and updating SP.

but, When I use "Functional Unit Configuration UI" for configuration, I could'nt access at there.

Just going to the main page of SLD.

Also, I tried to access to CTC manually by URL(http://<host>:<port>/sld/fun),

go to the main page of SLD without error.

And, I can't find any errors of CTC and sld/fun in the trace file (../j2ee/cluster/server<n>/log/defaultTrace.X.trc).

I atteched an image file. It is a HTTP watch trace by below steps.

(1) open browser, and launch SLD (do not login);

(2) start to record HTTP watch trace;

(3) Login to SLD;

(4) change URL to http://<host>:<port>/sld/fun

(5) The page should be redirected to SLD main page, as this is the issue reported;

(6) Stop recording HTTP watch trace.

Server

OS : SOLARIS SPARC 64bit

DB : Oracle 11g

Client

OS :  Win7 64bit

Explorer 9.0.8112.16421

We have the same error in NW 7.31 SP7 (we have also installed the java patches like

LMCTC07_1-20007061.SCA).

Try to access /sld/fun --> redirect to the normal SLD

System: AIX 7.31

DB: MaxDB 7.9

Still now answer from SAP...

When we try to access /sld/fun it is generally redirected to this URL

http://<Hostname>:<Port>/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tc~sld~wd~main/Main?functionality=true

However, in our case, it is getting redirected to

http://<Hostname>:<Port>/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tc~sld~wd~main/Main

I just added "?functionality=true" at the end of the URL and that opened up the functional configuration wizard and everything else works just fine from there.

It is just a work around. Hope it helps.

Thanks, this workaround is working for me.

But if i try to use http://<hostname>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~sld~wd~main/Main?functionality=true, the link from nwa --> configuration -> Functional Unit Configuration UI it doese not work... strange

Just wondering if you were able to find any solution to this issue. I faced the similar behaviour after the initial install of PI AEX 7.31 SP6. Thanks !!
